CEN Brushless Alternators

Many charging systems fitted to canal narrowboats incorporate automotive alternators which have to be adapted to try to meet the extra demands. Also at slow speeds, typical of Russell Newbery® and other vintage engines, most modern automotive alternators are not running at peak output.
